  • automation of the dosing process is based on a PLC type CX1100 and touch screen, Beckhoff. The touch screen panel is running the Windows graphics licensed by ZenOn. The order dosage is received from local or UTP remote panel cable from the PLC to the production line. The high precision flowmeter is made by Endress + Hausser and communicates the amount dosed via Profibus.

  • automation of the process is based on a PLC Siemens S7 which monitors and controls the pression in the installation in closed loop. Observing a pressure drop which involves turning on the fire pump, signaling the central factory fire and warning the operator panel type OP300 made by Siemens.

Automation and SCADA for drinking water treatment plant

  • Design, execution, production of electrical panels, software implementing, commissioning.
  • Automation is based on an integrated system PCS7 that enables the unitary realization of the PLC and SCADA systems.
  • The SCADA system consists of a design station (ES) and one operating system (OS) which allows modifying and running the program, process parameters supervision and intervention in real time. The software allows viewing and filtering alarms and error messages, enabling hierarchical visualization screens / modifications of functional parameters.
  • PLC consists of three stations AS416 outputs type ET200 interconnected on Ethernet Industrial PCs (ES and OS) and on a PROFIBUS decentralized periphery. The third station is connected to the telephone line through SIMARIS modules with two remote stations S7-300.
  • The system manages a total of 712 digital inputs, 552 digital outputs, 158 analog inputs and 20 analog outputs 4-20mA and 0-10V 4-20 mA.
  • Design, execution and commissioning of electrical installations and automation. The work includes 47 electrical panels produced in our workshops, software development and SCADA. Automation is based on a PCS 7 - Siemens 910 digital inputs, 256 analog inputs, 512 digital outputs and 4 analog outputs.

Automation and SCADA for the sewage network and for the drinking water distribution network in Sibiu

  • Design, execution, production of electrical panels, software implementation, commissioning of a complex automation system and SCADA with GPRS data transmission.
  • The system includes: data acquisition from the water treatment station and from wastewater treatment plant and other 36 data acquisition points (pumping stations, measurement points etc.).
  • The network communication between data acquisition points and the central monitoring and control is done via GPRS.
  • Each pumping station or measurement point runs a software independent of data transmission. However the operator can take command if the situation requires.
  • All data are archived and stored centrally but also in the local PLC.

HVAC automation to extend industrial buildings and offices.

  • The project consisted in the design, manufacture and installation of control panels, field installations (cables, sensors, actuators), software implementation, adjustments, final samples, documentation for the construction documents.
  • Automation is based on PLC TSX provided by Siemens Building Technology (SBT, with 600 digital inputs, 280 digital outputs , 130 analog inputs and 12 analog outputs.

Design, execution and commissioning of the BMS (DDC) installation.

  • The project consisted in the design, manufacture and installation of control panels, field installations (cables, sensors, actuators), software implementation, adjustments, final samples, documentation for the construction book.
  • Automation is based on a PLC XC-CPU201, Distributed Input Output XN-GWBR interconnected by communication CANopen and two touch-screens XV CanOpenHMI provided by Moeller (32 digital inputs, 40 digital outputs, 4 analog inputs 4 20mA). Orders for BMS are made automatically according to the work schedule or manually on the 2 touch-screens located in two different locations.
