3.DALI system – automatic lighting control according to light intensity and human presence – based on DALI Zumtobel controllers

3.1. Storage Halls:

• Automatic control of normal and emergency luminaires – through DALI modules and controllers
• Push buttons control for manual dimming of luminaires
• Push buttons for manual test of the emergency luminaires

3.2. Offices:

• Automatic control of normal and emergency luminaires – through DALI modules and controllers
• Setting the level of light flux in each office and permanently maintaining this level through light intensity and presence sensors (which permanently measure natural light and adjust the light flux of the luminaires to reach the flow set with the presence sensor conditioning)

4.Energy metering and energy management system – through the Socomec Digiware system – through the producer’s web interface. This system has 32 metering units and has been implemented on each power electrical panel and on various consumers, so that they can be viewed (in real time) and stored both energy consumption and voltage and current characteristics.

• Realization of the voice-data cabling – internal network of the storage warehause – optical fiber, IT cabinets, servers, network

6.Access control system – installation Nedap system in offices and Pharma warehouse

  1. Fire detection and alarm installation:

• Securiton fire detection and alarm system
• Warehouse – smoke detection system based on aspiration and fire barriers
• Offices and adjacent buildings – smoke detection system based on addressable optical detectors

8.Signaling system of proper operation of equipment:

• Installing the signaling system of proper operation of equipment (from the pump house and from the IT room) both in normal regime and in case of failure – by light signals, phone messages, emails

9.Hydrogen detection system

• Implementation of the Oldham hydrogen detection system for the battery charging chamber
