Electrical panels for the dosing machines were made by Eltrex. These dosing machines are a subassembly of the automation in the L52 production line. The finished product (after leaving the oven) is cooled and taken by the two conveyors (conveyors) then it is sorted and sent to the dosing cylinder (weighing), packed in quantities set in the PLC program. In essence, this machine weighs the finished product for packaging.
The automation of the process described above is performed by the control panel and the visualization of the technological process and the parameters through an HMI, that is mounted on a console next to the main conveyor.
