Execution and installation of 6 platforms to support CTAs, with a total weight of 140 tons of galvanized steel. The platforms are mounted on the outside, their legs being built inside the hall either by lining the existing concrete pillars or by installing new pillars.

HVAC 

6 CTAs of 45000m3 / h, 3 CTAs of 40000m3 / h, 1 CTA 30000m3 / h were installed. We executed their equipment and their connection to the pipe sections built inside. At the same time, a new chiller with a cooling capacity of 1244 kW and a cooling tower with a cooling capacity = 1450.6 kW were installed. The old cooling station, which contains 3 chillers, has been completely modified in order to integrate the new chiller. Acquisition, installation and connection of 10 pumps to serve the new cooling system.

  1. Electrical installations 

Realization of 4 switchboards for supply and automation of CTAs, one switchboard for power and supply chiller, two switchboards for supply and control of pumps, 2 switchboards for distribution, 1 switchboard for UPS.

Delivery and installation of over 200 pieces of field elements such as sensors, pressure switches, actuators, 3-way valves necessary for the proper functioning of the HVAC system to CAP standards;

Execution of cable bed routes in addition to existing installations, supply of panels, HVAC equipment, field elements and lighting fixtures. Laying over 3000m NYY-J 1x150mmp cable on the routes inside the hall and over 2000m NYY-J 1X185mmp cable.
 

  1. BMS and automation 

Local automation of CTAs and cooling station (chillers, cooling tower, pumps) by taking over 3500 signals from the field and creating their automatic control software. After automation, the whole system will work automatically, keeping the temperature in the halls constant, depending on the setpoints set in the BMS. At the same time, the installation will bring a supply of fresh air to improve the working conditions inside.

Integration in BMS (WinCC platform) of all locally automated equipment, consumption monitoring on all panels and monitoring of parameters in the hall (temp, humidity, etc.).

Automation of the entire HVAC system, so that it works uniformly.
