FOCUS:
Our main focus was to build the automation panels.
OBJECTIVE:
We had to create a new electrical panel following a 25 years old schematic, but with totally new equipment with the same functionality. The challenge was to put everything together, to keep the same logic and serve the main purpose of the machinery.
SOLUTION:
- Rittal VX25 enclosures and Rittal TopTherm Blue e cooling unit
- Sinamics DC Drive 600 A
- Siemens PLC S7-1500

For this project, our team had to construct the following cabinets:
- 1 *MCC – 5400 x 2200 x 500
- 1* Control operating pult – 600x 380×210
- 1* Control operating pult – 1300x800x400
- 1*MCC201 – 6000x2100x600
- 1*Secondary cabinet – 1200x2100x600
Our client is a European company, based in Germany, that manufactures machines for building materials production lines (brick, plaster, glass, etc). They contacted for two projects, one situated in Poland, and the other one in India for retrofit systems. Electrical panels had to be rebuilt from scratch, but following the old schematics. They only changed a few main parts (Sinamics DC Drive, PLCs, etc.) to bring the functionality up to date.
