FOCUS:
MCC, PLC, OP and secondary cabinets for a plaster board production line
OBJECTIVE:
The control cabinets for each area of the production line had to be constructed and shipped to Spain, in several stages, according to the construction progress on site.
SOLUTION:
- Rittal VX25 enclosures, distribution system and cabinet ventilation
- Siemens PLC, FU and protection devices

- 1 * MCC02 panel storage area – 5200 x 2200 x 600
- 1 * MCC01 panel hammermill – 1200 x 2200 x 600
- 1 * PLC Panel – 1200 x 2200 x 600
- 1 * MCC01 panel calcining plant – 4800 x 2800 x 600
- 1 * PLC 10 panel – 1200 x 2200 x 600
- 15 * LCB0xx secondary electrical panels
- MCC202 dryer infeed – 3000 x 2200 x 600
- MCC302 dryer panel – 1200 x 2200 x 600
Our client has been a European company, that was building a plaster board production line in Spain. They entrusted us with the construction of all the cabinets, according to their design.
Eltrex supplied all the materials, besides the PLC and frequency drives, which were delivered by the customer to our workshop for installation.
The FAT was done remotely, via a remote VPN access router, and with support from our technicians that were in touch with the client’s automation engineer.
