THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF:
The project involved the complete electrical installation for a gypsum board manufacturing line for one of the biggest producers worldwide. This included:
- Fabrication of all the secondary automation electrical panels
- Procurement and installation of materials for cable routes and other mechanical works
- Laying and connecting power, control, and data cables
- Electrical testing and commissioning support
Key activities included:
- Installation of 90 electrical panels, local cabinets, and control boxes
- Installation of 2.2 km of cable trays and protective conduits
- Laying and connecting 29 km of power, control, and data cables
- Implementation of equipotential bonding system
- Conducting electrical measurements and issuing verification reports
- Providing commissioning assistance
