THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF:
This project involves demolishing and constructing within the 7,140 sqm mechanical processing hall. The goal is to equip it with machinery for assembling subcomponents before manufacturing. Currently, part of the hall stores materials, while the rest is preserved. We supplied all equipment and designed the electrical system for automation panels.
Electrical installations – Medium Voltage:
The existing transformer station space within the hall will be used for the installation of a new transformer station.
- The new designed transformer substation consists of:
1. Station for medium tension 10kV – MT6:
- Line cells 10kV, 630A : 1pc – MT6.1;
- Transformer protection cells 10kV, 630A: 2pcs – MT6.2, respectively MT6.3.
2. Transformers:
- Two dry transformers, 10kV/0,4kV, 2000kVA
- Each box is provided with:
- Local compensation panel at transformer terminals;
- Protection relay/ monitoring transformer;
- Panel for forced ventilation of the box.
Electrical installations – Low Voltage:
- Grounding system
- Lightning protection installation (LPI);
- Electrical grounding and equipotentialization;
- Electrical energy distribution:
- Primary energy distribution is implemented by a general panel – LVMD 8 2x3200A (cu cupla intre ele);
- For reactive power compensation, an automatic compensation battery has been provided, 400V, 50Hz, 1000Kvar;
- For the DC control of the circuit breakers, a power supply of 230Vcc has been provided ( R9: redresor + accumulators);
- For UPS part, a non-interruptible Power Supply has been provided, 400V / 400V, 160kVA – U16 + accumulators;
- 2 Automation Panels : 1 x BMS electrical and 1 x BMS HVAC ;
- 10 Distribution Panels .

DALI Lighting Control:
