OBJECTIVE:

Electrical design in Eplan had to be finished in 4 weeks from PO and the cabinet was delivered on site 6 weeks later. The onsite installation lasted 4 weeks, followed by two weeks of commissioning assistance for IO check and startup with the client.

PROJECT DURATION:

THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF:

Process automation:

  • 1 AHU with electric heating battery controlled with thyristors
  • 1 Vapor evacuation equipment
  • Lighting installations and monitoring installations of the filters for the paint booth
  • 1 paint dryer with gas burner

Conveyors and application technology:

  • 1 Preparation cabin (conveyors, hydraulic lifting platform, safety sensors)
  • 1 Powder coating booth (conveyors, 5 paint robots, safety sensors)
  • 1 Paint dryer (conveyors, safety sensors)
  • Linear movement system for 2 robots
  • 3 separation doors for the 3 areas (preparation, painting, drying)
  • Robot rail system and paint distribution system

ELTREX PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

  • Electrical design in Eplan
  • Production of the electrical panels in our workshop in Romania (main panel and secondary control stations)
  • Electrical installation on site
  • I/O check and start-up assistance
